Lesson Planning
Seasoned teachers have lesson plans at their disposal before they enter classes. Lesson plans are road maps, GPS navigators to help instructors where and when to start and when and where to stop. Brown & Lee (2015) states that an effective lesson plan should include these elements: goals, objectives, material and equipment, procedures, assessment, and extra-class work.
